No. Most tracking fields are optional. Users can log as much or as little information as they choose.
Consistent tracking may make patterns easier to notice, but users are not required to log every day.
Insights depend on the amount, consistency, and quality of information entered. PimplePlan does not promise that a trigger will be found within a specific number of days.
No. Insights represent possible associations in the information a user records. They do not prove causation.
AI-assisted features may help organize user-entered information, summarize patterns, generate educational explanations, or improve navigation.
Yes. AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for an individual situation.
No. Users should not rely on PimplePlan or its AI features for diagnosis, treatment, emergencies, medication decisions, or other medical decisions.
No. Educational suggestions are not prescriptions or personalized medical treatment.
No. Photo upload is optional unless product requirements change and you are clearly notified.
Photos may be used to help users organize and compare their own skin history or support optional product features described at the time of upload.
Private photos should not be publicly visible unless you knowingly choose to share them through a clearly labeled feature.

Yes. You can request account and data deletion from Account Settings (Legal & Support → Request Account Deletion) or by emailing contact@pimpleplan.com with the subject “Account deletion request.”
PimplePlan is not representing itself as a HIPAA-covered healthcare provider. Please review our Privacy Policy for details about how information is handled.
Visit the Sign up page, enter your name, email, and a password (8+ characters), accept the Terms & Conditions and acknowledge the Privacy Policy, then create your beta account. You may need to confirm your email before signing in.
A self-serve password-reset flow is not yet available in the web app. Email contact@pimpleplan.com from your account address and we will help you regain access.
Yes. Sign in and open Account Settings to update your display name, demographics, skin context, and related preferences.
Yes. PimplePlan is in beta. Features may change, contain errors, or be removed as we improve the product.
We aim to preserve account data where technically and legally feasible, but we do not guarantee that all beta data will carry over unchanged after launch. We will communicate material changes as the product exits beta.
PimplePlan may offer optional premium features in the future. Pricing and features will be shown before purchase. Billing terms are not finalized and remain subject to legal review.
When subscriptions launch, cancellation will follow the applicable App Store, Google Play, or direct billing process. Refunds follow applicable law and the policies of the store or payment processor used; we do not promise refunds beyond those requirements.
